If you have chosen the standard or comprehensive package, you will need to attend for tests prior to your appointment with the doctor. The results will then be available to the doctor in the consultation and they can be discussed at the time. Tests are usually carried out in the morning from 8.30 am (allow 1hr) and the consultation with a doctor will usually be on an afternoon a week later.

During the consultation the doctor will discuss all results with you, give advice on lifestyle changes and make any further recommendations. A full written report will also be made available to you via post after the consultation. This will include all the results and recommendations.

What happens if we find something wrong?

The personal and professional service we offer may mean that in certain circumstances additional tests are recommended. This is likely to occur as a result of your own medical history, what is found during physical examination or the results of the routine health screening tests. You will be fully informed of our findings and given the choice of further tests privately or via your own NHS GP. Occasionally our findings may require referral to hospital. We can arrange private referral to Consultant colleagues or you can choose to consult your GP for referral on the NHS. We will provide written reports and recommendations to your GP.
